Designed the embedded firmware and control hardware for the Thermo-Stream and Chuck temperature control systems — precision thermal conditioning equipment for semiconductor device testing. Developed and patented (USPTO #20080231304) a novel real-time embedded algorithm for closed-loop chuck temperature control, significantly improving test throughput and thermal settling time.
